Victorian Tea Party Theme

A Victorian tea party theme doesn't have to just be light and frilly...it's easy to incorporate your Gothic Victorian style and appeal to both the attire and party decor when you decide to play hostess of your own tea pouring.

Glass Drink Dispensers

Glass drink and beverage dispensers create a very elegant display and are extremely useful for parties and gatherings in allowing guests to help themselves without any extra mess involved.

With temperatures reaching in the high 90's for the past few weeks here in upper New England (which is rare for us this early in the season), the glasses are overflowing with freshly brewed iced tea, coffee, and lemonade to try and cool down. During a get-together on a very hot day, save yourself the time and energy of trying to keep glasses full by investing in one of these very handy devices:

Black Plants and Wrought Iron

It's time to start planting to ensure that your outdoor spaces are thriving with black flowers and overflowing with magnificent dark blooms. Even if you don't have a full gardening space, you can create a small Gothic garden by utilizing what balcony or patio space you have available, hanging window boxes and planters, or use a sturdy wrought iron shelf indoors placed in a sunny location.

If you're looking for a few black flower varieties that are currently available, and a few ideas to get started, take a look at these:
Gothic Midnight Garden Design.

I also have pieced together a collection of beautiful wrought iron planters, plant stands, hanging baskets, bird cages, and tiered shelves to help you maximize your gardening space:

Alice in Wonderland Bedroom Theme

Although Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland movie may not be as dark and as Gothic as we'd like to see Alice and the Mad Hatter morph into eventually, it certainly is intriguing to see just how far down the rabbit hole it will fall...

In anticipation of the upcoming film, I have pieced together several ideas for an Alice in Wonderland bedroom theme:
